Loan Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess valid identification, and demonstrate the ability and willingness to repay.

Proof of income and credit history may be required for loan approval.

Loan Application and Approval

  • Submission of a loan application does not guarantee approval.
  • The platform reserves the right to approve, decline, or request additional documentation based on risk assessment.
  • Any false information submitted will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal liability.

Approval decisions are based on multiple factors, including creditworthiness and income verification.

Loan Amount and Term

  • Loan amounts and repayment periods are determined based on credit evaluation and platform criteria.
  • Details of repayment schedules, fees, and applicable interest rates will be disclosed before disbursement.

Loan terms vary by individual credit profiles and platform policies.

Repayment Obligations

  • Borrowers are required to repay the loan according to the agreed schedule.
  • Late payments may incur penalties, additional fees, and negatively impact the borrower’s credit profile.

Failure to repay may result in collection activities and legal action.

Upfront Fees

  • A one-time pre-approval service fee is required and varies by loan amount.
  • The fee includes: credit security deposit, processing fee, service activation, and cancellation fee (if applicable).
  • The credit deposit is deductible upon successful loan disbursement. Cancellation fees are non-refundable.

All fees are disclosed clearly in the loan agreement before signing.

Cancellation and Refund

  • If an applicant cancels during the approval process, only eligible fees (excluding cancellation fee) may be refunded.
  • If the loan is rejected by the platform, partial refunds will follow platform policy.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 business days of cancellation.

Data Accuracy

  • Applicants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted information.
  • The platform is not liable for processing delays or rejections due to incorrect data.

Providing false information may result in account suspension and legal consequences.

  • The platform reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
  • Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.

Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notifications.
